As Ideal Architecture, we design, manufacture, and install custom wooden exhibition stands, Maxima stands, modular (Mero/Aluminum) stands, and double-decker exhibition stands according to the budget, prestige, and display needs of brands. What are the differences between wooden, Maxima, and modular stands?

• Wooden Stand: These are boutique solutions that are completely customized to the brand, offering unlimited design freedom and the highest prestige.
• Maxima Stand: These are modern, stylish, and reusable (rental) systems that combine aluminum profiles with wooden panels. They offer a high price/performance ratio.
• Modular Stand: This is the most economical and budget-friendly type of stand, assembled very quickly with standardized panels.

How does the exhibition stand design and turnkey installation process work?

Our process consists of 4 basic steps:

1. Brief & Analysis: We determine your needs by taking the measurements of your exhibition area and the details of the products to be exhibited.
2. 3D Design: We prepare a precise 3D model of your stand and submit it for your approval.
3. Workshop Manufacturing: We meticulously carry out the production of the approved project in our own integrated facilities.
4. Assembly & Disassembly: Before the fair opens, our technical team installs the stand on a turnkey basis, and we complete the disassembly process after the fair ends.

Do you provide stand design and installation services for international fairs?

Yes, as Ideal Architecture, we offer turnkey stand design and installation services not only in Istanbul (TÜYAP, İFM) or throughout Turkey, but also in all major fair organizations abroad, especially in Europe, thanks to our strong logistics network and international solution partners.

Does the stand rental service include furniture, lighting, and digital screens?

In our rental exhibition stand projects, we provide all digital and operational equipment as a complete package, including seating groups, tables, counters, brochure holders, LED lighting systems, plasma TVs or LED screens, according to our clients' requests.

What materials are used in wooden exhibition stand design?

At İdeal Mimarlık, we use chipboard, MDF, raw wood, and special lacquer paint applications in the manufacture of wooden exhibition stands, depending on the project's budget, design details, and load-bearing capacity. For stand floors, laminate parquet or high-quality exhibition carpet is generally preferred to increase elegance and durability.

How long does it take to set up a wooden stand at Istanbul fairs?

In organizations at TÜYAP and Istanbul Fair Center (İFM), the setup time for a wooden exhibition stand varies between 2 and 4 days depending on the size of the area. Since all pre-production, cutting, and initial assembly processes are completed in İdeal Mimarlık's own workshop, only quick assembly, cabling, and final painting are carried out at the fairgrounds.

How are wooden stand prices calculated per m²?

Wooden exhibition stand prices are custom-designed based on the total square footage (m²), single or double-story architectural structure, workmanship details (special hidden LED lighting, lacquer paint quality), and whether it is for rent or sale. To get the most suitable budget for your brand, you can quickly receive a quote by providing our team with your exhibition details.

Is it more advantageous to rent or buy a wooden exhibition stand?

If you only participate in exhibitions once or twice a year, renting a wooden stand is much more advantageous in terms of saving on storage, maintenance, and logistics costs. However, if you plan to reuse the same stand concept in different cities or exhibitions every year, purchasing a modular, customizable wooden stand will be more economical in the long run.
